Do you offer discounts for nonprofit events?

Aura Events Center selects one qualified 501(c)(3) organization each quarter to receive a discounted rental rate. Contact our team for details.

How much time is included for setup and teardown?

All rentals include up to 6 consecutive hours of access, which covers setup and a minimum 90-minute teardown period. Additional hours can be added for $1,500 per hour, based on availability.

Where do guests park?

Aura Lounge Events Center offers onsite parking, covered mezzanine access, street parking, and a nearby overflow lot. Valet, shuttle, and rideshare coordination are welcome through your planner or our preferred partners.

Can I place a hold on a date without a deposit?

Yes. We offer courtesy holds for a limited time while you finalize your plans. Holds may be challenged by other clients and are released if not confirmed in time.

How do I officially secure my date?

A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not confirmed until both are received.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 60 or more days before the event receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days receive no refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event require full payment. Exceptions may apply for force majeure events.

Do I need event insurance?

Yes. A Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Aura Lounge Events Center and our parent company as additional insured is required. The policy must provide at least $1,000,000 in coverage and be submitted 14 days before the event.

Do I need an event planner?

We strongly recommend a professional event planner for weddings, corporate events, and full productions. Our preferred partners list includes top Nashville planners familiar with our venue.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. Vendors must be licensed, insured, and approved by our team. We also provide a preferred vendor list of professionals who know the venue well.

Who handles trash and cleanup?

Your caterer is responsible for clearing tables and removing trash from food prep areas. Our team handles final venue cleanup so you can focus on your experience.

Are there any decor or production limitations?

For safety reasons, glitter, glow sticks, open flames unless enclosed, fireworks, and high-risk productions are not permitted. All layout diagrams, AV needs, rental drop-offs, and production details must be provided 14 days prior to the event.
