Planning, catering, décor, and entertainment should be arranged through your vendors. Aura provides an Event Manager but requires a licensed wedding planner or day-of coordinator.

Can we bring our own décor or vendors?

Yes, with prior approval. All vendors must be insured and comply with venue policies. We also provide a preferred vendor list to streamline planning.

Can you hold a date for us?

We can place a soft hold for a limited time. A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your date.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals include up to 6 consecutive hours for set-up, event time, and teardown. Additional time can be added for a fee.

Can we return the next morning to pick up items?

No. All items must be removed by the end of your rental window. We recommend assigning someone to handle gifts and décor.
